 ユーザーの2026-10-12指定によりmulti-agent-devスキルを適用。窓口はCodex、判断はClaude Code、実装はRunnerからCodex CLI、独立レビューは別Claudeセッション、UI変更時だけAntigravity。以後の新規実装を窓口で直接進めてフローを省略しない。
