Use one named constant and record the actual value (2400) in both started.json and ended.json for each OS role. Leave these unchanged: request 300, provider 900, validate 180 (the phase min 180), the parent native_os deadline of 7200, and every source/stage/default-player/formal-input/recorder guard, owned_outer cleanup and ordinary owner proof. Writer 2400 + reader 2400 = 4800, which is still inside 7200. Fix the misleading '900s collection deadline' requirement label so it states the actual deadline, without changing the logic.\n(2) In the p08-03 docs and checker notes, correct the native viewport_to_screen explanation. The real canvas matrix is identity at load (1397, 764.5). The real window is 1280x720, the screenshot is 1280x752 and the CUA point is 1241,710. The matrix is therefore a virtual coordinate transform, not a physical canvas stretch or a titlebar offset. Using only read-only window/viewport configuration, document where the physical stretch comes from: window/viewport 1280 vs 1440, and the +32 titlebar with the modal translation. Keep the actual reported matrix and the raw OS input as they are. Do not invent values.\n(3) Keep all 32 raw-OS steps from r06 as history only. They earn no formal credit, and the next collection must be fresh.\n(4) Update CONDITION_MATRIX.md and implementation.json with the honest current states and the final source SHA.\n\nWorker validation is limited to Python syntax checks and tools/test_p08_normal_placement_evidence.py. No Godot, native or full-regression runs by the worker.
