Also read main.gd and world_preview.gd, covering the excavation mode, the palette, the confirm/cancel modal, pan via move mode plus wheel without Ctrl, and wheel zoom with its clamp bounds. Read SimulationRuntime.submit_command and the CommandResult refusal codes, and the existing ui_audio_fixture_cleanup policy. After this one pass, start editing and do not read the same files again.\n- **(1) Demolition UI:** in main.gd and world_preview.gd only, add a demolish button to the normal palette by reusing the excavation pattern for its button styling, mode toggle, cell selection, confirmation, cancel, and result/status display. Submit only `SimulationRuntime.submit_command(demolish_facility, instance_id)` and display the returned code and reason as is. Do not reproduce domain logic (occupancy, refunds, refusal checks) on the UI side. Do not touch Runtime models directly.
