main.gd、guest_observation_panel.gd、staff_management_panel.gd のうち、必要な不足だけを修正する。対象は、選択ID/表示値/レイヤー/地図強調の保存・復元、不存在・不正型・過大ID・旧metadataの安全処理、失敗読込時の現在選択とゲーム状態の保持。\n - 実離脱/除去後に選択しない扱い。履歴の存在と現在の選択可能性は区別する。Unique人物の解雇/消去禁止は維持する。\n -
