Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Current performance regression
make test-perf and make test-perf-full both exited0 with no script errors. Path/camera compatibility282 checks PASS; digest compatibility/performance71 checks PASS; smoke24 and full24 fixture checks PASS.
Full fixture: 20,000 cells, 200 guests, 50 staff, 150 facilities, 500 queued customers, 200 logistics requests and 50 active events, simulated1440 minutes at x3. Simulation x3 P95=7.845ms (budget12ms), path query P95=0.036ms (budget2ms), maximum measured main-thread batch22.037ms (budget50ms). No checks skipped.
This harness composes public domain APIs and orchestrates logistics itself. It does not measure the production SimulationRuntime tick, rendered UI, GPU frame time, Windows, natural campaign play or long-term balance. Geometry helper and digest microbenchmarks are likewise not frame-rate guarantees. These passing measurements do not close P28.
