Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Facility infrastructure validation cache
P28 partial performance improvement; not full acceptance.
The production diagnostic measured the projector invariant check at7.139ms. It reconstructed and parsed the unchanged complete projection/request history every minute. Validation now retains one private successfully parsed serialized snapshot. Every invocation still creates a fresh snapshot and compares its complete contents; any changed projection, history, revision or quarantine metadata invokes the strict parser again. Current spatial/route/path crosslinks are checked every time, including cache hits. Restore always uses the original strict parser. No saved fields or digest contract changed. The cache holds one snapshot, never a growing list.
Regression evidence:
- Projector192 checks PASS,exit0, including fresh/unchanged checks, externally mutated returned snapshot, projection fingerprint corruption at unchanged revision, request-history corruption, changed live path, repaired path and later unprojection.
- Runtime infrastructure162 checks PASS,exit0, including existing rollback/restore/construction boundaries.
- The new path-corruption test initially tried restoring traffic before rebuilding the graph; fixed the test to restore the graph first, matching the existing Path restore contract. Production code was not changed to bypass that contract.
Production headless diagnostic: projector invariant average7.139ms →2.536ms. Current x1 average16.348ms; x3 P9560.411ms. Both remain above4ms/12ms. The fixture is small and uses the normal Runtime/main scene; it excludes GPU/rendering and Windows acceptance. This comparison is a diagnostic single-run result, not statistical certification. Extra memory from one retained serialized snapshot has not yet been assessed at the maximum history size.
