Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Dictionary key validation cost reduction
OperationsCoordinator canonical dictionary keys are always strings after key-type validation. Validate that leaf inline instead of calling the recursive general Variant inspector for every key. The existing preflight collision scan, type restrictions, depth-before-node precedence, single-string limit, total string budget and value recursion are unchanged. No limits were raised and no validation was removed.
Added six dictionary-specific edge assertions (depth/count effects, node budget, aggregate and individual string length, integer canonical key length). The Operations suite passes 254 checks including existing corruption, canonical collision, ownership, byte compatibility and save tests.
Measured using the same production-scene fixture, seed 424242 and 40 samples per speed, macOS Godot 4.7.2 headless with autosave disabled. Before -> after: Operations snapshot average 3174.95 -> 2419.45 us; full snapshot average 7717.4 -> 6620.5 us; x1 average 13979.775 -> 13487.4 us; x3 P95 54880 -> 51750 us. This is a single paired measurement, not a statistical performance guarantee. Full production budgets (4000 us x1 average, 12000 us x3 P95) still FAIL. Rendering/GPU, full-load fixture and Windows are not measured here.

Runtime and opening results must be taken from their finished logs/manifest, not inferred from the unit suite.
Completed follow-up: Runtime Operations integration 51 checks PASS; first operating day 59 checks PASS; both exit code 0. Combined with 254 Operations checks, 364 checks passed on the retained change.
