Takeshi 5dde0c5ec2 Record original-alignment implementation and traceability checkpoint
Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Route adapter validation cache

P28 partial performance work. Route invariant validation now retains one private successfully parsed snapshot, like the facility projector. A fresh serialized snapshot is compared by complete content on each call; changed records/revisions/quarantine state are re-parsed. Live source/graph checks remain outside the cache. Restore still always invokes the strict parser. All snapshot arrays are independently allocated, and no save schema changes were made. This adds memory for one retained adapter snapshot; maximum-history memory acceptance remains outstanding.

Evidence:

  • Route adapter184 checks PASS, including unchanged/repaired history, fingerprint corruption without a revision change, mutated exported containers and independently changed/repaired live graph.
  • Facility projector192, Runtime infrastructure162 and Runtime integration20 checks PASS on this production change. The integration suite covers disk save/load and deterministic replay.
  • Small production headless fixture: adapter validation average1.423ms →0.424ms; nested projector validation2.536ms →1.533ms; x1 average16.348ms →14.359ms; x3 P9560.411ms →53.828ms.

Performance budgets4ms/12ms remain failed. No high-load/GPU/Windows acceptance is claimed. Source/log hashes: adapter-cache-validation.json. Performance reports: production-projector-cache.json and production-adapter-cache.json. Snapshot-component diagnostic completed: production-snapshot-costs.json. Snapshot total average7.999ms; OperationsCoordinator.create_snapshot3.622ms; whole-snapshot deep copy1.095ms. These standalone component samples are not an additive phase decomposition. Source inspection identifies recursive tree/shape validation plus serialization in OperationsCoordinator; its corruption rejection contract must remain intact in the next optimization.
