Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Business panel counts people separately from services
The business report exposed active service/request counts, but the panel labelled them as people. This undercounted multi-person services and queues. Added active_customer_count (FacilityInstance.customer_count), queued_customer_count (distinct guest IDs from queued requests), and customer_capacity to the read model. Existing active_count/queued_count retain their service/request semantics. The panel now uses actual people and explicitly displays the customer-only limit;0 and unspecified(-1) remain distinct. No capacity values, billing, service lifecycle, or saved fields were changed.
Controlled grouped UI fixture: one active service/two people and one queued request/three people; explicit limit3, unspecified and zero; original fixture restored before later tests. This verifies display/read-model semantics, not a new group-arrival gameplay feature. Business UI72 checks passed headless and native macOS; chapel16 passed; original facility control result is recorded in the validation file. Native1280x720 screenshot visually reviewed: labels and actions remain inside scrollable sidebar.
Evidence: artifacts/business-people-2026-09-29/validation.json and logs/screenshots. Prior full128 suite and3-day run predate this display-only change. Facility customer values and other original implementation gaps remain open.
