Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.

Dashboard refresh coalescing
Main scene snapshot notifications now schedule one deferred dashboard refresh per batch rather than rebuilding the same dashboard for every simulated minute before rendering. Snapshot publication and simulation still run each tick. Elevator pending-command synchronization, pause/speed status and daily-close detection remain synchronous. Explicit user action refreshes remain immediate. Existing UI assertions passed without timing changes.
A counted main-scene subclass verifies three minutes still advance, three publications result in one deferred refresh, no empty duplicate refresh, the next frame refreshes again, display work cannot mutate the snapshot, and checkpoint replay remains identical: 10 checks PASS. Registered in make test-ui after it ran separately. The existing full make test-ui passed 992 direct checks plus 37 fresh-process upkeep checks (exit 0), including first operating day and daily-close UI.
The production diagnostic now flushes pending dashboard work INSIDE each timed batch. This prevents deferred work from being hidden outside measurement. Previous retained key-budget-after baseline versus this run: x1 average 13487.4 -> 13774.475 us (no improvement demonstrated); x3 P95 51750 -> 43334 us (about 16 percent lower in this pair). Small scenario, seed 424242, 40 samples per speed, macOS Godot 4.7.2 headless. This excludes GPU rendering, is a single comparison, and is not Windows or full-load acceptance. Both production budgets still FAIL.
