plan: 60% ANSIのサンプルを現行のPHYスキーマの形式に書き換える

- keys/position/size.width/metadata.label を root/type/transform/size.w/labels に置き換える
- 値は変えない。PHYスキーマで検証済み
- 旧形式である旨の注記を外し、見出しに抜粋と明記する
