chore: Markdownのインデント幅を4に固定し、リストの継続行をスペース4つに揃える
継続行がスペース2つだと、VS Codeがインデント幅を2と自動判定する。
.vscode/settings.json でMarkdownの自動判定を切って幅4に固定し、
既存の継続行もリストの記号から4つ下げた位置に揃える。
変更したファイルに markdownlint --fix をかけた分(journalのURL囲みと空行)も含む。

map: 対応環境をQMKのコミットと使うモジュールの一覧で固定する
- 各モジュールは出所とコミットで指定し、QMK同梱のものはQMKのコミットで決まる
- VIAもモジュールの1つとして扱い、QMKリポジトリ外へ移っても同じ形で指定できるようにする
- MAP-P-6の未決事項からモジュールの指定方法を外す

map: VIAがCommunity Modulesへ移ってもVIAモジュールで追従する
- QMKはVIAをモジュールへ移し、旧実装を将来削除すると告知している(0.34.4 ChangeLog)
- QMKとVIAの両方に追従する方針は変えず、Community Modules非対応の例外としてVIAモジュールに対応する
- 移行がmasterに入る前に対応するため、MAP-P-6の再開条件に#26315のdevelop取り込みを加える
