Riders queued for any floor pair in a shaft now delay every pair: the
elevator service publishes the rest of the shaft queue as each connector's
dynamic cost, refreshed on trip changes and each cabin minute, and restore
rejects saves whose wait disagrees with their trips. A two-shaft fixture with
real guests shows rush diversion, shared cabins within capacity, recovery,
route loss and warp-exit congestion.

An ordinary operating tower whose upkeep exceeds the world tree's supply runs
dry on its own; for an hour every facility is stopped with no sales, income,
production, admissions, warp travel or elevator boarding, and no guest is lost
except through ordinary departure. A mid-outage save continues identically in
a new process.

2x2 FRONT warp at 3000G/30 materials/360 min, 15G/day and 1 Mana upkeep.
Every completed warp pair is linked by one path connector, so crossing is a
single step; a 3-Mana fare per rider is charged once in the step's tick.
Warps close while either end is unpowered, the reserve is empty or below one
fare, and blocked arrivals offer no step. Saves validate the derived links.

HUD tooltip reports world tree supply, upkeep consumption, net, stored amount
and the last boundary's shortage/overflow. A writer/reader pair saves mid-outage,
recovers in a new process and matches the writer exactly while DESTROYED and
RAIDED suspensions stay in place.

Settle Mana raised above capacity between boundaries as recorded overflow
instead of rejecting saves or latching a fault, exclude destroyed facilities
from upkeep demand, and keep the depletion drill's outage sustained.

Initial 100, capacity 300, world tree +20 per 10 game minutes. Each boundary
pays registered upkeep demand before storing surplus; overflow is discarded
and recorded, 0 stops the whole tower. Furnace offers are judged after
generation and demand payment. New saves carry mana_reserve and Operations
rollback includes it; legacy saves keep a 0..300 amount and reject others.
Outage tests that relied on Mana 0 persisting now hold the outage with a
disabled demand sink, since the world tree recovers at the next boundary.

Capture current source, content data, tests, asset licenses, and original-specification traceability. Original implementation remains incomplete. The accepted matching UI generation passed 154 suites and 12,253 checks, with eight rendered staff-contract screens reviewed. Latest native Windows and full-original acceptance remain outstanding.
