chore: Markdownのlint規則をリポジトリに置き、コミット前に修正をかける

VS Codeは保存時にmarkdownlintの修正を入れるが、規則(MD007のインデント4)がユーザー設定にしかなく、
CLIからは参照されなかった。そのためコミット直後に差分が出ていた。
規則を .markdownlint.jsonc に移し、コミット前に変更したファイルへ --fix をかける指示をCLAUDE.mdに足した。
